This is what attendees of our previous "Reshaping Your Career" workshop said: "Sarah Cooper is an authentic and courageous coach and workshop presenter! She is an outstanding example for me how to reshape one's career and life balance - great and really inspiring!"- Gerhild
"Today's session made me focus on what I could and should me doing. It motivated me to get to work and drop the fears I had about my plans."
Methodology: A mix of individual, pair and group work. This workshop uses a lot of tried and tested career development techniques including “card sort” packs to facilitate prioritisation.
About our Speaker Sarah Cooper: Sarah works with people wanting to make changes to their career and broader lifestyle. Through her business, Cows from my window, she coaches, runs workshops and writes about leading the life you really want.
No stranger to career exploration and change, Sarah originally worked as a solicitor in a commercial City of London law firm. She realised she wanted to make more of a difference to people’s lives, and took up a marketing role at the UK's largest cancer research charity. She worked with charities for 8 years, culminating in a senior role at the British Red Cross, where she scoped and implemented the first phase of a large-scale organisation wide change project.
Two years ago she fulfilled a long-held dream of living overseas by moving to Beijing with her then three month daughter, Elsa. She enjoys chronicling their experiences and misadventures in her TBJ Kids column Me, Myself and Elsa.
Sarah trained as a career and personal coach with CoachU, the world’s largest coaching training organisation. She is also an accredited practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step 1 and 2 and the FIRO-B® psychometric instruments.
