About our Speaker Tracy Driscoll:
Tracy has specialized in recruiting mid–to-high level executives for 4A advertising agencies in China and South East Asia, most recently as a headhunter for Quadrant Consulting. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications majoring in journalism, PR and photography, an advanced certificate in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
Tracy is currently completing coaching certification with the International Coaching Academy.

Tracy's first job in China at the tender age of 25 was at 21st Century newspaper, achieving surprising fame as English editor and columnist “Dear Tracy”, answering the problems and life questions of Chinese students across the country. It's not completely surprising to find her working in a similar capacity again all these years later!

Tracy spent 6 years heading up communications and PR at the British Council in Beijing. There she promoted over 300 events and trained teams nationally in branding, PR and media interview skills. In 2003, she led communications for Think UK, the largest ever-public diplomacy campaign the UK government had conducted outside of the UK. She had the opportunity to work on 2 visits from British Prime Minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie, as well as numerous visits by UK ministers, decision makers, artists and educators including Brian Eno, Morcheeba and Anthony Gormley, and nobel prize winner John Sulston.

Tracy then joined Quadrant Consulting to set-up their business in Beijing and specialized in recruiting mid–to-high level executives for 4A advertising agencies in China and South East Asia. Her role at Quadrant led her on quite naturally to her most exciting role ever ... coaching.
